My fitness journey took a transformative turn when I discovered strength training. During a challenging time in my mid-twenties, I turned to the gym for solace and strength. As I committed to a training routine, I not only saw physical changes but also developed resilience and inner strength. It was in the gym that I realized true transformation extends beyond the body—it empowers the mind and spirit. Strength training gave me the tools to overcome personal challenges, boosting my confidence and creating a deeper connection to myself.As a strength trainer and master health coach, I focus on empowering clients to build both physical and emotional strength.
